Lord Honey, whatta y'all get when you mix the official drink of the South with the official drink of Kentucky? Well a cocktail with the perfect combination of sweet tea and bourbon--of course! Just sit back and enjoy my "Kentucky Sweet Tea" all summer long. On second thought--we enjoy our sweet tea and bourbon all year long--so don't limit yourself.

Kentucky Sweet Tea

Serves 2
Ingredients:
8-oz sweet tea
Juice from 1 lemon
3-oz bourbon
1-bottle ginger beer or ginger ale
Directions:
· Fill 2 pilsner glasses ¾ full of ice.
· In a small pitcher place the sweet tea, lemon juice, and bourbon; stir to combine.
· Divide between the 2 glasses and top off with ginger beer or ginger ale
Garnish with lemon peel and blueberries.
Tip: You can also make this in bigger batches if wish.
