BBQ Tater-Chip Mac & Cheese

Lord Honey Children, When I think of comfort food, I think of Mac-&-Cheese, but honey child have I added my twist on it, with a nice crunchy Tater chip topping, Hope y'all enjoy.


BBQ Tater Chip Mac & Cheese

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:

2-cups uncooked shell pasta

4-TBSP butter

1-tsp powdered mustard

¾-block velveta-type cheese

2-cups whole milk or half & half

1-(8oz) bag BBQ potato chips

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

· Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and place bake in pan, add the butter, mustard and cheese, stir to melt the butter and cheese, then add the milk and stir.

· Pour into a baking dish.

· Crush the tater chips and sprinkle over top of mac & cheese.

· Bake for 15-20 mins or until bubbly around edges.

Tip: You can use any flavor of tater chips.
