Lord Honey, don't let anyone tell you that you can't mix your chocolate and bourbon. Not only that, you can call it a "tini" just cause you want to. It doesn't get any sexier than this silky smooth creamy chocolate concoction.

2 ounces bourbon
2 ounces half & half
1 ounce Crème de Cacao
1 ounce chocolate syrup
Chocolate syrup and Red sanding sugar for garnish
* In a cocktail shaker place a few cubes of ice.
* Pour the bourbon, half & half, crème de cacao and syrup over ice, shake for 2-3 seconds.
* Rim the glass by dipping in honey and into sanding sugar.
* Strain the drink into prepared glass.
