Lord Honey, St. Patrick's Day may be known for turning the beer green, but I've got a green bourbon treat that will make any Leprechaun think he's found "his pot of gold."
The "Tipsy Leprechaun" will be your new go-to for a little "luck of the Irish."
Tipsy Leprechaun

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1-ounce bourbon
1-ounce simple syrup
2-ounces Crème De Cacao
3-ounces half&half
2-drops green food coloring
Green sanding sugar for rim
Honey for dipping rim
Spray can whip cream for garnish
Directions:
· Dip rim of glass in honey then into the sanding sugar.
· Place a few ice cubes in a shaker.
· Add the first 5 ingredients, place lid on shaker and shake for a few seconds, strain into glass.
Tip: if you don’t want to use the food color you don’t.
