Tipsy Brownies

Lord Honey, there ain’t nothin' better than a fudgy, chocolate brownie--except maybe for my "Tipsy Brownie". This is a great dessert to offer your guests for a special occasion or a simple snack.

Tipsy Brownies

Ingredients:

Brownies:

1-box fudge brownie mix

1/2-cup bacon grease or vegetable oil

2-eggs

1/4-cup beer

3-tsp vanilla

Topping:

1-cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2-cup peanut butter chips

Caramel Sauce:

2-cups of your favorite caramel sauce

1/8-cup beer

Garnish:

Chopped Pecans


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350, spray an 8x8 baking pan.

  • In a mixing bowl, place the brownie ingredients, mix until combined; pour into prepared pan.

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate and peanut butter chips evenly, over the top; return to oven for 5 minutes; remove and spread the melted chips over the top to cover.

  • In a small bowl, whisk the caramel and beer, until combined.

  • Pour caramel sauce over brownie and garnish with pecans.

The tipsy brownies recipe feels fun and creative. It makes desserts more exciting to try at home. During a busy week, I used pay someone to do my online exams while trying new recipes, and it helped me manage time. This post reminds me that cooking can be relaxing. Nice post, it make me smile.
